Rachel A. Henry, 64, North Fort Myers, FL, formerly of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 at her residence. She was the wife of Robert Alan Henry, whom she married in May of 1973. Rachel was born in Lebanon on December 22, 1952, daughter of the late Clarence "Pepper" and Kathryn Leedom Martin.
She was a 1970 graduate of Lebanon High School. Rachel liked bingo, pinnacle, and lighthouses. She was a member of Richland American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and AMVETS Auxiliary in Longneck, DE.
In addition to her husband she is survived by son Ryan, husband of Lori Henry of Newmanstown, daughter Renee Ream of Myerstown, 5 grandchildren and brother Richard Martin of Lebanon. Rachel was preceded in death by brothers Frank Martin and Thomas Martin Sr.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Rachel's funeral services on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 11:00 AM from Porterfield-Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Serves, Ltd., 890 Isabel Dr, Lebanon with Rev. Johnnie Lengle officiating. A viewing will be held Saturday, December 31, 2016 beginning at 10:00 AM to time of service at the funeral home. Private interment will be made at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
