June E. Zellers, 76 of Lebanon, passed away Monday, January 30, 2017 at the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was born in Ephrata on February 12, 1940, daughter of the late Martin L. and Irene M. Simmons Sites.
She was a bartender in several area clubs including during the 1980s the Liberty Fire Co, as well as the RM Club, Gentleman's Bar/Dave's Dream and Keystone Gun Club.She was a member of the Eagles, Keystone Rod & Gun Club and Mt. Zion Fire Co. June enjoyed spending time with people.
June is survived by daughters Jean, wife of Bruce Emerich of Nunik, MI, Kimberly, wife of Michael Dohner of Lebanon, Josephine, wife of Timothy Wolfe of Lebanon, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, brother John, husband of Virginia Sites of Lebanon, sisters Sandra Cox of VA, Connie Etzweiler of Scahaefferstown, Tut, wife of Fred Fisher of Cleona and numerous nieces and nephews. June was preceded in death by sisters Jennie Sites, Elizabeth Myers and brother Paul Sites.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, February 3, 2017 from 2 to 6 PM at Zoar's Lutheran Church, 560 Freeport Road, Lebanon, PA 17046.
