Claude W. "Whitey" Lymaster, 71, Lebanon, passed away Friday, March 27, 2015 at his residence. He was the husband of Carol L. Messner Lymaster. He was born in Pine Grove on October 29, 1943, son of Helen Schnoke Lymaster, Schubert and the late Elmer Lymaster.
He was a retired truck driver. He was a member and had served for 13 years with Vinemont Fire Co.
In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by stepson, Brian Lang, Lebanon, step grandson, Avrey Lang, Lebanon, brother, Kenneth Lymaster, Jacksonville NC, sisters, Anna, wife of Randy Wolf, Schubert, Marlene, wife of Brian Eisenhower, Bethel and Janet Bugg, Lebanon. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Katherine L. Lymaster , who passed away on June 19, 1992 and brother, Mervin Lymaster.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend "Whitey's" funeral service on Monday, March 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM from Porterfield-Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services, Ltd., 890 Isabel Dr., Lebanon, PA (next to Quentin Circle) with Chaplain Rick Martin officiating. A viewing will be held Monday 10 to 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be made in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial remembrance in "Whitey's" name may be made to Hospice for All Seasons, 280 S. Hill Dr., Grantville, PA 17028.
