Condolence & Memory Journal

Dear Smith Family,

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy in the loss of Chuck. I would assist him often at the LGH Health Campus. He was a very sweet man who even if he wasn't feeling his best would always have a smile.

Sincerely,

Dear Jane,
Tom and I are so very saddened to hear about Chuck. We have some wonderful memories of when we were young. I don't have your phone etc. so this was the only way I knew to let you know how much we care. We wanted to go to the service, but Tom just got out of the hospital and while I was visiting him I somehow picked up a hospital illness and am too sick to travel. We just want you to know our prayers and thoughts are with you. Take care Jane.
