Miss Cindy ,
We can't thank you enough for all the care and compassion you have Matthew while he was a pt. for a month at LGH.
And every 4 weeks after that we were there for his infusions and you were so sweet and loving. Matthew loved you and was always so excited when he's see your face.

Blessing to your family. We will miss you dearly. Thank you for everything you did for us.

So sorry for your lost. Cindy was a super person and helped many young people. I loved it when my students shadowed with her because she always gave them a good experience.
