Jon D. Erisman, 41, of New Providence passed away at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy on Wednesday evening, February 7, 2018 from cancer. Born in Lancaster on March 9, 1976, he was the son of John H. Erisman and the late Donna L. Rhoads Erisman. Jon attended Penn Manor School District.
Jon loved to fish and go camping with his family. He was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Jon is survived by his dad, John of New Providence; grandparents, George E. and Doris Cummings Caldwell of Strasburg and Cynthia (Sis) Rhoads of Willow Street.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a combined funeral service for Big John and Little Jon on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11AM from the Melanie B. Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services, The Gundel Chapel, 3225 Main Street, Conestoga, PA. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 to 11AM. They will be interred together at Conestoga Memorial Park. Please omit flowers, memorial remembrances may be made in their memory to Hope Lodge of American Cancer Society, 110 W.
